Feather Gyotaku

A simple feather collected from my garden which is full of wildlife including red squirrels, rabbits, pheasants and hedge hogs.

I've always loved printing feathers they make a very effective print and are popular amongst my clients.  This one is printed on Chinese Xuan paper and the backing paper is Japanese Masa paper.  The ink is acrylic screen printing ink and is black and gold. 

The print measures 35cm by 17cm and will be shipped flat and wrapped in acid free tissue paper.  Every print I make comes with a certificate of authenticity.
