This handmade Swan Feather print captures the quiet elegance of nature through a partial feather impression. The artwork focuses on the delicate texture, subtle movement, and graceful structure of the feather, inviting close observation of its fine details.

Printed in black acrylic ink on richly textured Thai mulberry paper, the feather’s form is beautifully contrasted against the paper’s natural fibres. The hand-torn edges are designed to be float mounted, allowing the organic deckle edge to remain visible — adding depth and a refined, gallery-quality finish.

Part of my mini series of Gyotaku-inspired wall art prints, this piece continues my exploration of natural forms and textures through traditional printing techniques reimagined in a contemporary way. Each print is hand-pulled, making every impression unique.
