Commission 1

I was approached by someone in 2021 to do a commission of their son.  They had seen one of my paintings at a mutual friends house and really loved it. 

I don't really see myself as a portrait artist but as a figurative artist.  I've always worked from photographs since my time in university and I'm often drawn to the human form. 

So, with some trepidation I accepted the commission and thankfully they loved it.  So much so they asked me to do their daughter some time later.
